For hygiene reasons, we offer new mattresses at the discounted price of £250 excl. for a double.

Safety is our priority. Access to your apartment is via a private, glazed, and well-lit resident-only entrance. Monitored CCTV, video door entry, bespoke access controls, and 5-lever door locks, ensuring your space is safe and secure.
Property Manager.
The local property manager is your point of contact at Lindley and Simpson, Leeds. They will be with you from the first viewing to the day you move in. They will provide advice during your occupation and can assist with matters such as utility handovers and council tax registration.

Rents start from £750 per month.
Will I need a Deposit?
You'll need to put down a deposit which equates to 5 weeks’ rent.
