Safety is our priority. Access to your apartment is via a private, glazed, well-lit resident's only entrance. Monitored CCTV, video door entry, bespoke access controls, and 5-lever door locks, ensuring your space is safe and secure.
Property Manager.
Our local property manager is your point of contact at O&C. They will be with you from the first viewing to the day you move in. They will provide advice during your occupation and can assist with matters such as utility handovers and council tax registration.
What about Parking?
We can offer town-centre secure parking options for residents, including accessible bays, electric charging points, and motorbike spaces. The cost for reserved parking starts at £75.00 excl per month.
